Roger D. Melvin—Founding PartnerFounder

In 1984 Roger D. Melvin started in the real estate business in Colorado Springs, Colorado with US Home Corporation.After the first eight months, Roger was in the top 10% in sales in the country for the entire corporation. In 1986 he started his first real estate firm. However, at the end of 1986, the Colorado real estate market took a downturn. Over the next two years, this forced Roger to become very knowledgeable at sellinggovernment repossessions.

In July of 1988, Roger moved his family to Las Vegas and took a new-home consulting job with Richmond American where Roger and his partner set a record by selling ten homes in one day.Roger was then offered an opportunity to work with Del Webb Corporation to sell the first homes in Summerlin at Sun City Summerlin.After the first two days, Roger had sold thirteen homes himself and was part of a team that sold 330 homes in less than six weeks.After a period of time, Roger became disenchanted with the large corporate structure and left to work with some smaller homebuilders. Still a leader in sales, Roger earned numerous awards for both sales numbers and customer satisfaction.

In 1995, Roger started CastleRock Realty, now MORE Realty Group. The business grew at a steady pace and in the summer of 2003, Ryan—Roger’s son—came to work with the company. After a year, Ryan became a full partner. As the company continued to grow, they had a new building constructed which was finished in 2006.

Roger has always maintained a reputation for being straightforward. Additionally, he always makes sure his clients’ needs and goals are met or exceeded before transactions are completed.For this reason, Roger obtains 85% of his business from referrals.



Founder Ryan Melvin—Partner


Ryan Melvin graduated from Fort Hays State University in 1999 with a B.S. in Business Communications. Ryan was always intrigued by the real estate industry, as both his mother and father were involved in real estate sales from the earliest time he could remember. Ryan knew that Las Vegas offered a great opportunity in the real estate industry, so in 2001 he moved back from Denver, Colorado to Las Vegas. He immediately obtained his Broker’s license and jumped into real estate with both feet.

In his first year at Century 21, he was in the Multi-Million Dollar Club, selling over $5 million in real estate. After working at Century 21 for several years to obtain experience, in 2003 Ryan joined his father’s company. Ryan quickly established himself as one of Las Vegas’ top real estate professionals, consistently being ranked in the top 1% of all Las Vegas real estate agents.
